"Bob helped my husband and I buy our house and sell it about 5 years later. I can’t say enough great things about Bob! From the buying side, he is very knowledgeable regarding issues to look for as well as positive things in the house and outside landscape. Without going too deep into the numbers, Bob helped us buy our house between 5 and 10% below asking price (even just after an MLS price drop). On the selling side, approximately 5 years later, what can I say? Bob put the house on the market with the intent of having an open house that coming Sunday. Offer came in at asking price – sight unseen before the open house. He handled the situation well – we still had the open house and had a mini bidding war (!!!). We sold the house above asking price within a week of putting it on the market. Needless to say, we made a little profit on the house which helped to put a down payment on our next house. As nerve-wracking as the process on both the buying and selling side can be, Bob “held our hands” through the process and treated us almost like we were his only client. When it comes down to it, he can be extremely sensitive to how you may be feeling through the process while also really going to bat for you as your advocate.
